Start with daily disposables

For beginners, daily disposables are the simplest and most hygienic — no cleaning, fresh every day.

Applying your lenses

1. Wash and dry your hands.
2. Place the lens on your fingertip and check it's the right way out (a smooth bowl, not a saucer).
3. Hold your eyelids open, look up, and gently place the lens on your eye.
4. Blink slowly and the lens settles.

Take it slow

Build up wearing time gradually and never exceed the recommended schedule. Keep your prescription handy.
