Express Consent: By submitting a prescription via upload or WhatsApp, you grant us explicit consent to store and verify this data for order fulfillment.
Subscriptions: If you enroll in our Contact Lens Subscription, you consent to the storage of this health data for recurring automated deliveries until the subscription is canceled or the prescription expires.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect various types of information to provide an optimal experience:

Contact Details: Name, email (vosm1994@gmail.com), phone number, and physical shipping address (essential for 1-hour delivery).
Medical Data: Specific prescription details (sphere, cylinder, axis, base curve, diameter) for brands including Acuvue, Alcon, Bausch + Lomb, and CooperVision.
Payment Information: We use Shopify’s secure third-party payment gateways and do not directly store your full credit card or bank account details.
Device Information: IP address, browser type, and cookies used by Shopify to maintain your secure shopping session.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Order Fulfillment: To verify prescriptions and deliver products via Porter throughout Gurugram and the Delhi-NCR region.
Subscription Management: To automate recurring billing and shipments.
Communication: To update you on order status, respond to queries, or confirm prescription details via email or WhatsApp.
Legal Compliance: To maintain records of medical device sales as required by Indian regulation.

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted partners necessary for operations:

Shopify: Our e-commerce platform and hosting provider.
Porter: Our third-party logistics partner for 1-hour and same-day delivery.
