Return and Refund Policy

At Vision Optique, operating as MyContactLens.in, we are dedicated to providing fast and reliable eye care services across Delhi-NCR. Due to the sterile and medical nature of our products, our return policy is designed to balance customer convenience with the highest safety standards.
1. Return Window
In accordance with our updated store policies, customers have a 2-day return window from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests made after this 48-hour period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure health and safety, returns are strictly limited to the following conditions:

Wrong Product Received: If the delivered item does not match the brand, power, or type specified in your order.

Damaged Packaging: If the manufacturer’s sterile seal or the contact lens blister is visibly damaged upon arrival.

Manufacturing Defect: If a lens is found to have a factory defect, subject to verification by the manufacturer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return:

Any product where the original manufacturer’s sterile seal or box has been opened, tampered with, or torn.

Lenses that have been worn or handled by the customer.

Colored or cosmetic lenses (e.g., FreshLook, Aryan, Trendy) where the order was fulfilled correctly but the color does not meet personal expectations.
4. Return Shipping and Costs

Customer Responsibility: Per our store rules, the customer is responsible for providing and paying for return shipping.

Logistics: We recommend using a reliable service such as Porter for local returns to ensure the product reaches our hub safely.

Restocking Fee: We do not currently charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
5. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your Order ID and clear photographs of the unopened product and the original invoice.

6. Refunds

Inspection: Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition.

Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used on the Site.

Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
7. Cancellations
Because we offer 1-hour express delivery in Gurugram, orders are dispatched rapidly. Cancellations can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been picked up by our delivery partner. Subscription refills can be managed or paused at any time through your account dashboard at MyContactLens.in.
