1. Delivery Timelines

1-Hour Express Delivery (Gurugram): We offer guaranteed delivery within 60 minutes for orders placed within our local service zones in Gurugram.
Same-Day Delivery (Delhi-NCR): Orders for South Delhi, Noida, and Faridabad are fulfilled on the same day via our logistics partners.
Standard Shipping: For areas outside the immediate NCR express zone, delivery timelines will be provided at the time of checkout based on your location.

2. Logistics Partners

Porter: We utilize Porter for all localized express and same-day deliveries throughout Gurugram and Delhi-NCR to ensure safe and professional handling of your medical products.
Courier Services: Standard regional shipping is managed through established national courier networks.

3. Shipping Charges

Express Delivery: A nominal fee may apply for 1-hour and same-day express services, which will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Subscription Shipping: Customers enrolled in our Contact Lens Subscription may be eligible for discounted or free shipping on their automated monthly refills.

4. Delivery Areas

Gurugram: DLF Phases 1-5, Cyber City, Golf Course Road, Sector 56, Sushant Lok, and surrounding areas.
NCR: Comprehensive coverage for South Delhi, Dwarka, Noida, and Faridabad.

5. Important Information

Prescription Verification: Orders for prescription lenses will only be dispatched once a valid prescription has been verified by our team.
Address Accuracy: To meet our 1-hour delivery promise, please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. Our riders may contact you for navigation assistance.
Title and Risk: Once products are transferred to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
